The Larry Peel Company
The Larry Peel Company was founded in 1977 for the purpose of developing superior multifamily communities in exceptionally beautiful settings. The company is active in Central Texas where its communities set new standards in apartment living and has developed almost 4,000 units over the past 30 years. For founder Larry Peel, protection of the environment is high priority. Each of the sixteen projects he has developed presented a unique opportunity to integrate buildings into the existing topography leaving the native vegetation to provide privacy and natural beauty. Consequently, each development is truly a unique, one-of-a-kind project. Peel was the first developer to receive the prestigious Multifamily Environmental Awareness Award presented by the City Council of Austin, Texas in 1986 and one of the only developers in Central Texas to ever earn the Pillars of the Industry Award for Best Garden Apartment Development in the United States awarded by the National Council of Multifamily Housing Industry. Peel's success has earned his company many well-deserved national and regional awards and honors. Rosales Partners
Rosales Partners was established in 2007 with the aspiration of developing multifamily communities designed to enhance the environmental features of the site, similar to Quarry Hill. The founder, Shelly Rosales, was previously employed by The Larry Peel Company for six years where she was involved in the development of 1,795 units. There she learned to appreciated and respect strict development principles and guidelines unique to the award winning Larry Peel Company and its founder, Mr. Larry Peel. After departing The Larry Peel Company in 1998, Rosales joined the national development firm JPI, who specialized in the development of high-end multifamily projects and was a leading merchant builder. Her involvement with JPI in the Southwestern Region included the development of 3,600 units in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix and Scottsdale. Rosales was also involved with the development of high-end condominiums complimented by luxury hotel services. She originally launched the Four Seasons Residences, a hi-rise condominium tower for Maritz Wolff who also owned the highly acclaimed Four Season Hotel in downtown Austin. Next, Rosales directed the 5 Fifty-five condo development for FaulknerUSA located within the 31-story Hilton Convention Center Hotel in downtown Austin. The tower included 100 condominiums, office space and a retail component. In 2007, when Rosales came back to her roots she was fortunate enough to partner with Larry Peel for the development of Quarry Hill. For more information visit: www.rosalespartners-red.com
